I joined the Nadadores when I was 10 years old and fell in love with the sport! I loved the feeling of completing a challenging set and dropping time at a swim meet. Getting to teach your children and help them reach their goals in the pool brings me radiant joy!!!
This is my sixth year working as a lifeguard and my second year as pool manager at Northern Hills. I have enjoyed my summers of lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and getting to know the families in our community!
I swam for AAAA and the Madison High School swim team and was captain my junior and senior year. This position gave me the opportunity to be a role model to the younger girls on the team and I loved every second of it!
I am going to be a junior at Texas A&M University as an Elementary Education major with hopes of teaching 2nd grade! I feel so much peace and joy knowing that I will get to wake up everyday to teach children and have an impact on them!
This is my 4th year on our coaching staff and my 2nd year as head coach. I hope to keep the team spirit alive, work hard, and have fun! It was a blast to work with your children last year and get 1st place in our division!
This team has a huge chunk of my heart and I pray that you feel welcome on our team and love it as much as I do!
I started swimming at the age of 13, when I joined the Northern Hills Swim Team! Ever since then I was hooked on swimming, and swam all 4 years for the varsity swim team at Madison High School.
I started mentoring the younger groups when I was in my earlier years of high school, but once I was 18 I started coaching. This will be my 3rd summer coaching for Northern Hills, and I have also coached year round club for Lifetime Fitness Swim Team.
This time of year is my favorite ! I have a huge connection to the Northern Hills team and hope to continue to be apart of this team for as long as I can! I’m so excited for this season, for I know it will bring so much joy and fun to the kids as well with all the coaches !
I joined the Nadadores swim team when I was 6 years old, and ever since then I have been actively involved, and the team has had a very special place in my heart. My coaches were my role models growing up. I aim to follow in their footsteps, and help as many kids as I can learn to love swimming!
I am so thrilled to be coaching my second season this Summer! I have been swimming for 11 years now, and over those years I have developed a true passion for the sport. My goal is to help young athletes develop the same passion. Two years ago, I began lifeguarding at the Northern Hills Pool and teaching swim lessons to kids. I also spent two years swimming for the Macarthur High School swim team. I absolutely love teaching this sport, and watching the swimmers improve over the season, which they always do.
The Nadadores are a family—and I’m so happy to be a part of it! I can’t wait for another season filled with hard work, dedication, and most importantly, fun!
I joined the Nadadores when I was 6 years old and have loved every minute of being on such an awesome team. Swimming is a great sport because you get to compete as an individual yet work as a team. I’m very excited at the opportunity to pass on what I’ve learned to the next generation of Nadadores.
I’ll be a high school senior next year. I’m part of a full time dual credit program and attend San Antonio College. This is my first year coaching on this or any team, but I’m learning alongside three other amazing coaches. As long as we successfully make swimming enjoyable, I believe we’ve done our jobs. Winning is not as important as having fun, in my opinion. Winning is still pretty awesome though :)
2019 is going to be an amazing season, go Nads!
